How does the custom letter process work?
Select a letter template, enter your child's name and customized it. I'll mail your custom letter in a poly mailer.
Depending on how the letter is worded, it can be read to the child before, during, or even after Christmas. For example, if your child likes to draw for Santa, your letter can be read as a response from Santa.
How does shipping work?
We offer FREE shipping with USPS Ground Advantage, or upgrade to faster delivery with paid Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express, all with full USPS tracking included!
Can I customize the letter beyond the provided templates?
Absolutely! All of our templates are editable, and you can adjust the content however you want. The purpose of the templates is to help you get started or give you ideas.
Do you ship internationally?
No. We only ship to addresses within the United States.
What is your return policy?
Since this is a custom order, we do not accept returns.
